Exhibit/Food Booth Rentals
The World Deaf Timberfest, Inc. is a non-profit organization and is the official sponsor of Camp Taloali. WDT is held annually each Labor Day weekend at the 111-acre residential summer camp for the deaf children. It is the largest camp for the deaf in the Pacific Northwest.
Camp Taloali was began in early 1970 and has grown to include cabins, hiking trails, a swimming pool, indoor shower/toilet facilities, a large pavilion with kitchen, and numerous play areas throughout the camp for any outdoor sports. Camp Taloali is two miles east of Stayon, Oregon on US Highway 22.
World Deaf Timberfest is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2011. The proceeds will go to Camp Taloali for Deaf Children.
We would like for the business/organization to do the fundraising by renting the table booth for five (5) days. You may sell whatever you like to make some profit for your business.
Commerical Booth - $100.00 plus each person combo ticket at time of payment, must bring your own table, cords, etc.
Personal/Non-Profit Booth - $75.00 plus each person combo ticket at time of payment, AND Must bring your own table, cords, etc.
Food Booth - $75.00 plus each person combo ticket at time of payment. MUST have a copy of food handling license, AND you MUST pay per $94.00 for permit Health Department's policy. Bring your own table, cords, etc.
The booth fee costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO personal checks, please.
MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECKS ACCEPTED ONLY.

Each year WDT produces program book for all events occurring August 30th to September 5th, 2011. With your contribution, your business will be included in a BUSINESS CARD-SIZED advertisement that will be placed in program book. Please send your business card or the Camera-ready artwork to programbook@wdtxxx.org, which will be be included along with your contribution.
