World Deaf Timberfest, Inc. is the official sponsor of the WDT Logging Sport Contest held annually on Labor Day weekend at Camp Taloali near Stayton, Oregon. World Deaf Timberfest. Inc. is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Oregon and was founded in 1982 and incorporated in 1988. The totem pole emblem is the official logo of WDT, Inc.
World Deaf Timberfest, Inc. is governed by an executive board with deaf and hard of hearing members. Its sole objective is to provide financial assistance to Camp Taloali, Inc., a non-profit camp for deaf and hard of hearing children of the West and Northwest.
